WWW Design Option 1 - Flat Rate Page Pricing

• $ 45.00 / page - Page design only, Does not include "Additional Services"
  • Text - Best formats include text file on disk, email attachment, ftp, or plainly typed document(these formats include no addtional charges). For Picture This! to compose text or select text will incur addtional charges.
  • Images - Best formats include tiff or jpg files(these formats include no addtional charges). Acceptable formats are photo prints but additional charges will apply for scanning and processing. Sorry but we are unable to scan transparencies or slides at this time.
  • Additional Services - Scans, image building, text composition and entry, logos, montages, impact graphics, etc. are considered addtional services and will be quoted in addition to the basic page rate.

Note: Length of a Page - A web page is defined as 1- 8.5" * 14" page containing the content and html code for that page typed in normally spaced, 12 point system font.

WWW Design Option 2 - Hourly Basis

• $ 35.00 / hour - Applies to all services
  • Daily rate of $ 200/day
  • Weekly, monthly rates available upon request
  • Contract design rates (for ISP's, Hosting Services, and other Design Firms) arranged upon request.

Guaranteed Maximum - Picture This! Graphics will quote upon your request, a "not to exceed maximum" price for your website or project. We feel that it is important to be able to provide you with a product upon which you can budget. However, this scenerio may sometimes require artistic compromises to be made for the sake of concluding business on the budget.

Average Page Prices - To help you out in planning your website, we would like to state that a historical basis for past pages we have built using either a "page" or "hourly" rate, and including typical "Additional Services" range from roughly $ 75 - $ 125 / page.

WWW Page Promotional Service

• $ 75.00 - a one-time, flat rate for marketing your page.
  • Listing your information with at least 20 major registries, search engines, and/or announcement services to help boost visibilty and access. Submittal list will be delivered upon completion of the service.
  • List of placement sites subject to change. Placement may be subject to approval by certain sites. Site placement cannot be guaranteed nor will not be confirmed.
  • Due to high volumes, time delays may be incurred before listings appear. (Most service engines are receiving hundreds of thousands requests for new listings weekly.

HTML/Graphic Design Consultation

• Can occur by appointment or via phone.
  • Special rate for current web site clients $ 10 / 1/2 hr.
  • Normal rate is $ 35 / hr. billed in 1/2 hr increments

Site Re-design

• Site re-design work is normally billed upon an hourly basis.
  • Rate of $ 35.00 / hr.
  • Picture This! will provide an estimate of hours prior to work done

Payment

• $ 100 downpayment or 25% of project, whichever is greater.
• Balance of total amount is due upon completion.
