What we do at the museum:
-
Basic research by staff and volunteers is free, but this
non-profit organization welcomes donations. Extensive research may
be arranged by contacting the museum by email.
-
Our collections include approximately 10,000 photos, 500
lineal feet of archival materials, a library of 300 published historical
volumes, and approximately 1500 historical and natural history objects.
-
Collecting areas include natural history, local Indian history,
transportation, natural resources, communities, maritime, and cultural
history.
-
Our reference materials include an index to proper names
in the Pacific County newspapers, census index, and oral histories.
