I broke up the ID - @ - Servername.org because spam-bots and webcrawlers were automatically harvesting my email address from the website and I began receiving dozens of spams each day. By breaking the email address into pieces and having you type it, rather than clicking on it as a link, it should stop the web-crawling bots ... I hope!
