Treasurer's News
The treasurer’s office has implemented some new methods for tax payment. We have the ability to automatically deduct your payment from your savings or checking account by Automated Clearing House (ACH). You will need to download the form from the “taxes” link on the treasurer’s home page (or call us and we will mail it to you). This needs to be submitted by April 15th for first half taxes and October 14th for second half taxes. There is no charge for the ACH transaction. The other payment methods available to you are payment by credit card or e-check. There are convenience fees associated with both methods. For credit card payment the fee is 3% or flat fee (depending on dollar amount) of taxes being paid and for e-check payment the fee is $3.00 per transaction.
