Take Charge Program

TAKE CHARGE is a financial assistance program expanding the population of men and women eligible for family planning services.
 
Who is eligible for TAKE CHARGE?  Women and men are eligible for TAKE CHARGE if they:
 
  • Are in need of family planning services and apply for services at an approved TAKE CHARGE provider clinic/office;
  • Are residents of Washington;
  • Are US citizens or lawful permanent aliens;
  • Have total monthly income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level;
  • Have no other source of health care coverage for family planning services; and
  • Are not current clients of Medical Assistance with Family Planning Coverage.
