The Court Facilitator will assist with the following types of cases:

• Divorce/Legal Separation

• Establishing Parentage

• Non-Parental Custody

• Modification of Child Support

• Modification of Parenting Plan

Services Available from the Court Facilitator:

• Information on how to start certain family law actions
• Information on what legal forms are needed
• Review of client paperwork for completeness
• Information on court rules, procedure and case schedules
• Assistance in scheduling court hearings

The Court Facilitator is seen by appointment only.  To schedule an appointment please contact Pete Hinton at (360) 791-1785.

Assistance is based on income with a minimum fee of $30.00.  The Facilitator fee is required to be paid prior to the scheduled appointment with the Court Facilitator.
