The Fair is run by a board of 9 members.  The boards duties are to oversee the operations of the fair.  They are also responsible for carrying out some of the activities of the Fair.   The Board is an advisory board to the County Commissioners.

During the off-season the fairgrounds are used for storage of boats and RV's.   Little League and farm teams also practice there in the Spring.  In the Fall months, Willapa Valley Jr. High uses the field for football practice.  4-H clubs use the arena most of the summer for practice.  Other 4-H groups hold practices at various times.  The Scouts also have a day there for their activities.

The Pacific County Fair Board was established by Resolution #99-117 and are appointed to 3 year terms.
