Board of Adjustment
The actions of the Board of Adjustment are governed by RCW 36.70 and Section 24 of Pacific County Zoning Ordinance No. 153. Matters that are heard before the Board of Adjustment are variances, conditional use permits and appeals from administrative decisions. The Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on each agenda item. All action taken by the Board of Adjustment is final unless appealed to the Superior Court within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the action taken by the Board of Adjustment. Members on the Board of Adjustment are appointed to three year terms.
The Board of Adjustment meets at 3:00 pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Seaview Transit Building or other designated meeting place.
