Rather than encrypting our files, we keep sensitive information as your address and most material covered by copyright on removable diskettes or on paper.

We do not sell the names and addresses. Nor do we ask questions about income, habits, ownership of furnishings, equipment and software, or various preferences and lifestyles.

Your COOKIES file as well, is safe from us.

So that there can be no danger of outsider access to your credit card records -- as has happened to people in other places online because of programming flaws in some software in the past and may again -- we do not deal with them at all. Nor do we ask for your social security number and mother's maiden name. We usually deliver by courier service.
