10 Digit Dialing

We are anticipating that in the near future, customers will need to begin dialing 10 digits when making local telephone calls. This will also include calls to access their Willapabay Internet service. Click here for instructions on how to configure your computer to add the area code when dialing.  You can make this change prior to a 10 Digit Dialing rule going into affect..

Email Authentication

We are in the process of configuring our mail servers to send e-mail using SMTP Authentication. This will allow better security to insure proper delivery of your e-mail. This change will have no effect on receiving incoming mail. Click here for instructions on configuring your email program for SMTP Authentication.
