The City of Raymond utilizes the Mayor/Council form of government. The Mayor and seven member City Council are elected at large. The Mayor and City Council members serve four year terms. The Council meets the first and third Monday of each month, at 7:00 p.m.; a workshop is held before the first Monday meeting at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 230 Second St., Raymond, WA.
